Just a little public service announcement…

I’m excited to make it again soon, because the one sitting on my kitchen counter isn’t going to last long.

This looks yummy but when I went to the website I saw something even more enticing – “hearty oatmeal anytime cookies”. I love the grab-n-go nature, plus [at least somewhat] healthiness of these cookies. I’ll let you know how they turn out!
Everybody liked those at our house, and I figure they are better than any processed snack, cereal or granola bar we could keep in the pantry. You can try replacing the butter with coconut oil if you’re into that (though they might not be as chunky).
