Meli,My favorite Peach Pie recipe came from the Cusine at Home Magazine. This is one of my very favorite places to go for totally great ideas and good recipes. Their recipe includes a few chopped dried apricots and a scattering of fresh raspberries. Really yummy and Dave's favorite pie for summer. deb
